Thats the main difference between WI and DF. WI can most of the time, accept that he was wrong, if given the evidence that disproves his point. DF just melted down and bitched a lot. Seriously, WI most of the time acts like an adult. DF acted like a child that was denied christmas presents.

I don't know if that's true. WI is as stubborn as anyone. DF basically just acted like a bigger jerk on a purely personal level, hence the eventual banning.

No, he didn't. It was constant. He would post his shit at every opportunity, starting many of the trolliest threads on this board of all time. (Like the infamous 0.3% difference on GameRankings thread about GTA IV, among others.) Sure, he'd eventually retreat from each thread after being proven wrong, repeatedly, but how is that is a sign of victimization? It just means his BS was BS.

Even all but the most hardcore Xbox zealots distanced themselves from him.

No he honestly never stopped.

I have never seen WI admit he was wrong..I have followed pages of him and RRS arguing where the consensus seemed to be that RRS was right but it didnt matter. I have also seen RRS produce facts proving that he is right and it didnt matter.

Most people on here act like children when they are being called troll,schill, among other things...I guess I just didnt see it as much.

Hey....I dont want to be known as DF's public defender, sure he posted crap sometimes...but alot of crap gets posted here..He also had good facts and figures sometimes..

He admitted he was wrong to me a few times. *shrugs*

I dont think he ever had another point. I was here right during the climax of Darkfallz vendetta.

@ dave... i said it's comparable to DLC in my opinion. they could of just made it DLC if they wanted, and piss everyone off as well, and have DLC right of the bat... but they didn't.

Except in the case of DLC only people that want to use the DLC will pay for it......in the case of Forza 3 Arcade users are paying for content that they cannot access.

guys, this thread has been going on FOREVER. it's 74 pages (at 40/pp). it's been everywhere, done everything.

unfortunately, it has gone where it now shouldn't have: debating ethics of a moderator and attacking the mod (see the stickies area of this section), and the thread is more about the users than the theme of the thread. if you have a problem with a moderator, pm a super moderator. if you have a problem with a super moderator, pm a super duper moderator. and so on. i don't just mean "he's a poopy pants who disagrees with me," but actual and factual complaints about how the mod moderates (even mods are allowed opinions and beliefs, believe that or not).

no one user is getting blamed for this lockdown, and i will openly encourage someone to restart the thread (in a non-trolling manner, as that will get smacked down real fast by me), and it will stay open as long as it doesn't do what this thread has done, but i guess i have to be the one to be public enemy #1 on this one for now.
