Which style of "aiming" do you like?

I guess Halo's. There's CoD, which is good, but that has blatant auto-lockon. Halo's is the one that feels more natural to me. I don't like the zoom-shooting in the KZ2 demo. Then again, the demo is 15 minutes long.

if you're talking about single player,.. then ya.. there's an auto lock on. i should of been more clear. overall.. i mean in the MP portion of the game. but ya... the lock on is there for COD sp mode. so that there can be deductions for some.

not even close man. the aim assist in the MP mode is hardly anything. you're making that to much thing imo. 15 streaks aren't hard to do in COD 4. you get 5 with the gun... 2 more with an airstrike, then there's the whirly bird to mop up 8 more in a row easily for you, as you yourself get more kills just by being bad ass.

don't be mad at COD and make the aim assist.. WAY more then it is, for COD MP.

Nah, the better strategy to get your helicopter up, then die, so your helicopter kills count toward a new killstreak, thereby getting a 2nd helicopter from your 1st helicopter.

oh believe me... i know that! that's how you do it in W@W also. you get those dogs out.. then die, then those dogs start killing, you get a kill with the gun.. boom.. RECON PLANE... then dogs kill again.. and you're throwing out an artillery strike.. AS your dogs are killing,.. just to get dogs again when those dogs are gone!

when you do stuff like that on those games... just sub dogs for chopper.. but you do that stuff... and that's when you know you're good at COD.

Then I guess I shouldn't have voted. The only game from the choices given where I have significant MP experience is CoD4.

I prefer Halo style. The preciseness is nice. Where you aim is where you hit. My biggest complaint with Killzone 2 is how bad the CQB combat is, you can't hardly hit crap with any shooting from the hip, and the gun jumps to much while zoomed in.

It's not as invincible as people like to think. You can get it off the map before it even kills someone easily because it always stops at the center of the map.

Hiding in a building and prayer seems to work well for me against the helicopter.

Being headshotted by a helicopter within 2 seconds of spawning or while prone inside a building are a known hazard to anything 2 metres of my sofa.

I like KZ2 at distance but CoD at close.

COD hands down is and probably will be the best & most fluid control scheme suited for MP for awhile.. KZ2 zoom style needs adjusting, but overall a solid game.

One clip from an RPD or M60 with stopping power will do it too. Hell, if your whole team is trying to take it down it'll be gone in seconds. But good luck getting most teams to actually shoot at the helicopter.

Well, I do the job myself because I like carrying RPG's.
