I think he avoids it cause he is the comic relief of smackdown. Its the bad guy who is so inept that it just breaks the tension building from the real badguy(s).

his posts put a smile on my face. while his post are way out there he never really attacks anybody. he is like the dude in class who is always wrong but people just laugh at him for giving a wrong answer.
