I'm going with SSHD, if only for the fact that you don't get boxed in like in other analog Shooters.

Geometry Wars is the shit!!!
However, I haven't played SuperStardust HD. I honestly have no clue what it is. Is there a demo? Anyway, Geometry Wars 2 is pretty BA. There's just so much going on, you got to train your eyes.

SSDHD is better in my opinion than both Geometry Wars and Geometry War 2. Both the sound and visuals are more dynamic, and the world is 3D and doesn't box you into a square like GW's games do. I think both are overly complicated though (like the whole score multiplier thing isn't obvious on the first playthrough and the countdown to the bonus meteor)....so in that regard they both suck. However, I think both are fun games in their own right if you like arcade games.

I haven't played GW enough to say, but SSHD's wraparound concept is superior to me. Still, I didn't vote.

I have played both enough to say that Super Stardust is a considerably more well designed game.

Super Stardust HD is easier and therefore, more playable to me. It was more fun because it progresses through levels and there is a lot of different enemies that actually look like things instead of just being shapes. I too like the wraparound feature.
All that being said, maybe Geometry Wars 2 would've been the better comparison?

GeoWars2 is rather good but it's mainly for quick play/high scoring. SSHD Endless Mode is amazing. I'll give the nod to SSHD because I've played it since I got my PS3.
I need to give GeoWars2 some more love (bought it day one) but have been too wrapped up in other games. |

SuperStardust HD is brilliant but having not played GW I'm not really in a position to say which is better.

So you didn't vote in your own poll?
I'll give the nod to SSHD, but both are great twitch games. |

I played the demo of SSHD once and couldn't get into it. I'm not voting because I've probably played SSHD for a total of 5 minutes. As of right now, I like Geometry Wars better. But I have no clue which one plays better.

SuperStardustHD looks better than most disc-based games, and runs at 1080P at 60fps.
