We know almost nothing, but the combat will be different than FFXIII as its an action RPG, and its also supposed to be darker(whatever that may mean).
For those interested in the sparse real info on the game, here is an interview with game director Tetsuya Nomura.PC: i7 920, 6GB RAM, SLI 570

I think that we finally have a thread where it would be appropriate to say that someone's opinion has been swayed by exclusivity and the "FF13 bomb".
If someone said this, I'd probably agree. This thread was done poorly. Much better smackdown would have been to simply say "look how good this looks".
Also, what I don't get, is some people have been touting FF13 exclusivity for some time now. MS gave them a good smackdown at E3, and now - instead of moving forth with a lesson learned, the same people are touting exclusivity of another title by the same people?
Is there any reason to believe that this won't be multiplatform as well? -

Some people were crushed. Not anyone here, I don't think, but if you went to the official Sony blog the day the bomb dropped, there was a lot "I feel so betrayed" and "How could you do this to us?"
On GameFAQ, there was one poster that was even contemplating suicide just because of the switch to multi-platform, although I'm hoping that was just a bit of drama and the kid got over it. -

I don't know why Sony fans should feel stung...I mean they're still getting the game. Can't they be happy?

I'm sure the more rabid may be, but as a "sony fan" it's less more being stung and more trying stop the disinformation campaign leaders. Seriously half this stuff is like retarded kid standing on the playground screaming his head off. It doesn't take much to understand why people would jump on him. That said half it it's probably some sort of psycholgical attention gathering that the more rabid people are trying to do.
