LoL man the SDF is out in full force again.
g'kar is back eh?
Actually the wii's real impact is japan. The US sales are not effecting next gen consoles.
But in Japan the ps3 sales have been hurt.
And maybe you didn't notice it's been flying off the shelves worldwide? Yeah great job as always you viral sony marketer!XBL: Phil Collins117

I love how MS and Sony keep trying to claim that the Wii is not competition. Competing for some of the same consumer's money seems to me like competition.

Wasn't it confirmed that Greenburg wasn't actually a person but instead an AI intelligence that uses an Ad-libs style interface to spout out random inane gibberish to confuse people?
The "pick PS3 or Wii" is aimed at "insert negative comment", only a "adjective" "noun" would play it. The 360 has "insert video game". Only "insert positive comment" people that are "insert internet lingo" can handle it. Anyone who doesn't own a 360 is "animal".
so...
The PS3 is for loud little kids. Only a silly nun would play it. The 360 has Operation Darkness. Only super awesome people that are OMFGWTFBBQ can handle it. Anyone who doesn't own a 360 is a chipmunk."Designing death and destruction for the masses since 1999."

regardless of who the Wii is for, it's kicking the crap out of
&
. They came out with a serious CAN of WHOPPPPPP A@@ this round and the "hardcore" gamers continue to act like they are not part of the competition. Oh they are and they are winning.
Manhunt 2 is pretty freakin hardcore if you ask me. Use the Wii controller to stab and slash people - with those sound effects - good god. About as hardcore as it gets. So random how this game showed up on the Wii."I personally believe that U.S. Americans are unable to do so because, uh, some ... people out there in our nation don't have maps, and, uh, I believe that our education like such as South African, and, uh, the Iraq everywhere like, such as and ... I believe that they should, our education over here in the U.S. should help the U.S., er, should help South Africa and should help the Iraq and the Asian countries, so we will be able to build up our future for our children." -

The one thing I find hilarious about the Wii is how 360 and PS3 fanboys both use it to try and knock the other side. It's ridiculous. A PS3 fanboy will knock the Wii and just as sure as shit a 360 fanboy will come back and say how badly the the Wii is beating the PS3 in Japan.
Then a 360 fanboy will knock the Wii and you have some PS3 fanboy come back with how badly the Wii is beating the 360 in the U.S.
Yes, it's kind of a kid's toy when it comes to the control scheme. Yes, it's targeted towards casual gamers and it's graphics are crap.
Funny thing is that it's kryptonite for all fanboys and most of the time, they don't even realize it.PSN and Live Gamertag: kyzer1978 -

Yeah, it's actually pretty sad. I'm sure if the Wii was in 2nd or 3rd both companies would be taking shots at it and including it in the next gen race. I personally can't stand the system (both my brother and brother in law have one) but I have to give credit where credit is due, it looks like Nintendo has already got this gen in the bag.

Had to laugh really hard at that!
I don't understand these discussions or why people feel the need to put down the Wii. Who cares if the Wii is for nine year olds, one-legged geriatrics or six-fingered martians. I'm sure the Nintendo execs don't care very much, they're too busy shovelling cash.

The Wii selling like hotcakes doesn't make it a great system, just as millions of people watching American Idol doesn't make it good television.
I know half of you half as well as I should like, and I like less than half of you half as well as you deserve.
