My RROD (a few weeks ago) was 8 business days total turnaround time, but unfortunately I got a damaged 360 back (disc tray eject button is messed up) so I'm in the midst of another repair right now. I've got the coffin but I'm not sending it back until next week, I don't feel like being COD4-less right now.

From the time I sent mine out, until I received it back was 6 days. That was two years ago however, but it's been running perfectly since.
