If blu-ray is a monopoly, so is DVD. Why aren't you bitching and moaning about that? Guess it has something to do with Toshiba being the guys behind DVD, right?

UMD wasn't ramrodded down anyone's throat. I fail to see how.. I guess that means we're being force-fed the Wii Otpical Disc. And I guess we were also "FORCED" into GamePak. Oh and lets not forget, we're being coerced into SD for our camera storage needs.

LOL PS3 is barely beginning. Sony isn't even trying to be competitive yet. PS3 is still 400-500$. Very funny.

True, Still doesnt change the fact that the PS3 has outsold the 360 in every territory so far this year. But I would like some numbers as I do live in the UK.

That's right. Its still expensive with the majority of its big exclusives still to come yet its still outselling the 360 which is half the price and with Halo been and gone.

My local Game has just put the PS3 at the front, after spending the last 5 months at the back, so i think things are improving.

They had to drop both systems $100 in order to compete with the 360. The 360 only had to drop $50.

I think it's silly to hold one companies practice over one, while not acknowledging the others.

Major Companies are all filthy...just some are not as "in your face".
