Random visitors? What you think some guys just cruising around on CSPAN and goes, "oh look honey, let's head on over to the special 360 promotion sight and check it out!" I don't think so Toto, you're not in Kansas. Though maybe Quantico counts.

Sites crash all the time when they are overwhelmed, it was fixed right away so what is the problem??? Xbox live is a smash hit and has had over 100 million hd content downloaded.

PS3 sheep talk trash about you have to pay for xbox live and they get their service for free. I wonder how Sony feels knowing they are spending all this money on PSN network for free while Microsoft has over 5 million subscribers to a pay service.

This isn't a problem exclusive to MS. Many instances can be cited where unexpected popularity has crashed servers or websites. Web marketing is a tricky field and it is very difficult to determine how much popularity your service will bring.

250k hits a day? It's not unheard of for a major website. Think they would have done some analysis of their customers first.

I concur. Xbox Live is so addicting. Call of Duty 3 stands out the most for me. I feel like Ive been missing out since I hated the original Xbox and never gave it a chance.

Obviously, it doesn't work very well based on the content of the post. Who said you have to actually own the system to complain about it. It's not like all the 360 owners here own PS3's, yet the complain about it endlessly.

Thats because some of us 360 owners bought a PS3 then sold it due to the lack of fun.
