I actually feel the Wii u's lesser tech might be benefical to it, at least for a few years. Development costs might be cheaper because of that, especially with the Wii u pro controller basically being a 360 controller!

PS3 had higher peaks this gen, no doubt, but that doesn’t mean with more time & knowledge, every game could have looked better on PS3. Both machines had strengths and bottlenecks and some games lent themselves better to 360’s architecture and other’s to PS3’s architecture. What we’ve seen are games designed specifically to take advantage of PS3’s strengths certainly are the top of this gen, graphically.
PS4/Xbox3 games will be made using UE4, The new CryEngine, DX11 (for Xbox 3), etc.. Wii U isn’t going to be capable of running those engines, so maybe it will get some watered down ports, but I don’t think it will pull down performance for all three. But who really knows.DarkRedRain (XBL, PSN, WiiU)

For the BC on PS4 I about want to grab one off the shelf when it comes out and throw a couple of them at the heads of Sony and the rest of you who moaned about the CELL if it turns out to be true. I'm referring to if it's abandoned.
I think Fadan had a point about the PC/Xbox heads. I'm still pissed at those of you who bash Xenoblade Chronicles. Don't piss on my carpet when you come into my house. Show some respect, this is a console market, not PC and while some of you may have migrated to console this is not your house.
The same goes for PC developers now on consoles as well. I grew up with consoles and if you can't respect the market and all its trapping from the NES onward leave. I don't care if a vacuum is left in the market. It's not a J-RPG's job to become a clone of a Western one and then when any complaint is left it's too Japanese.
I apologize for my nonsensical rant but I've had it with some of the PC migrators/wannabes who came here since the first Xbox was released.HD DVD, the best in extras!
My HD DVD list: "Clerks 2", "The World's Fastest Indian", "The Thing", "V For Vendetta", "Enter the Dragon" and "Casablanca".
My Blu-ray list: "Warriors Of Heaven and Earth", "Curse Of the Golden Flower", "Kung Fu Hustle", Weeds Season 2, "Rent", "Tekkonkinkreet",
"Lives Of Others", "Black Book", "Hairspray", "Kingdom Of Heaven: Director's Cut", Sanctuary S1, "Chungking Express", "Videodrome", "Contact", "Paprika". -

Hello,
Ok, I really want a more ergonomic version of the PS Vita as the PS4 controller, so the chat interface doesn't take up the screen or I can browse youtube videos on how to get past a section in the game as I play it without having to either get up and grab my laptop/tablet/phone etc.
I disagree, unlike last gen, Sony will realize the importance of having a good GPU. It can be like 2 PC's with different graphics cards, and the PS3 would be faster with more features and/or better framerate.
Have fun!
