Yeah, I don't really know about that stuff. I ONLY play multiplayer, nothing else. But I did read a dev interview early on and they said the single player campaign was "tailor-made" to be a single-player experience. He said adding co-op would change the flow and the design of the set pieces and is the sole reason they designed a seperate co-op campaign. That way they can play to the strengths of each game type without comprimising either. He said sometimes, a 2nd person just gets in the way of what they were trying to do in the main campaign.

But that was a long time ago I read it and I wasn't all that interested. But I do remember there being an actual reason behind it.

I don't even think I will touch the SP on the PC version. It just feel wrong to have a SP campaign on a core Battlefield title. lol.
If I end up getting it for 360 as well, I will probably try it out on there.

BF3 only. The only reason I kept COD:BO and still play it, is because of the zombies. The MP is dead to me.

I'm getting both. But I'll be honest... I'm not all crazy about getting COD:MW3. It's the same rehashed Michael Bay induced vomit over n over. Fun as hell but I got bored with BO real quick. Not even finished the campaign and soon as I hit the top level, without prestiging even once, I called it a day.

BF3 is the one I'm drooling over.

Renting both i suppose, FPS multiplayer lost its appeal for me after cod4.
Spec ops was awesome in MW2, however.

BF3 all the way. I've stopped caring about the COD franchise.

BF3. I might get MW3 when it is $5 on Steam.

PC. Keyboard, mouse, sight distance, high resolution, bigger maps, and more players.

Except that with consoles, you can get MW3 on release day for $50-55 and sell it after you beat the campaign for $40-45, so it's only a $10-15 game. Or you can rent it from Redbox and beat it in 2 days for $4. COD's have never been "keepers" for me. Of course with PC's you can get that for free

BFBC2 I kept for 8 months before I got rid of it, I played a bit of MP in that one...

Considering canceling my BF3 preorder after playing the beta. Has there been an official word from EA or DICE, confirming the beta is an old build?
