For hardware, Vita's price genuinely made me cheer. For software, despite the big names that MS dropped, I'm not a fan of those. I am however a huge fan of Uncharted. So Sony wins it for me.

I feel like when it came to actual games, Sony. Their conference was most definitely the most games-centric than the other two since Microsoft wanted to push Kinect functionality and new XBL stuff really really hard and Nintendo was mostly showing off potential and tech demoes for the Wii-U. Their 3DS presentation was very weak, in spite of finally announcing a Smash Bros. for a portable. Unfortunately, we didn't see Sony announce a ton in terms of brand-spanking new content that had never been revealed.
When it came to potential, Nintendo. I know a lot of people may have felt underwhelmed by the Wii-U, but frankly, I do see something in it. Gimmicky? Perhaps, it's easy to say once you start bringing in touch-screens, but there are potential applications for gaming that make sense and enhance a game. RTSes are one such genre that could benefit on the console. A friend of mine suggested MMOs might be more viable as a result. Just two examples of possibilities I see. I'm not saying that they'll make me, personally, buy the thing, I'm eyeballing it, but I'll likely miss launch. However, I'm interested to see what it brings to the table, especially since they seem to be looking at actually attracting core gamers after effectively giving us mainly token offerings for this entire cycle.+32in Sanyo Vizon

Nintendo. Sony. Microsoft.
Vitas price was shocking and the Wii-U looks fantastic. MS was boring and predictable. -

I would have to say Ninty won. We finally got to see the new console reveal. NGP has already been known about forever.

I have yet to see all of the tid bits, videos, etc out of E3. E3 is also not over yet as we all know there's some exclusive game developers still to show off their stuff tomorrow (like T10, and they are supposed to unveil some big stuff).

Sony had the best one. Although it was a B at best.

I think Sony has won this poll every year since I’ve been here, regardless of actual show performance.

Didn't Nintendo win last year?

Here's 2008:
Who "Won" E3?
So that makes:
2011 -- Sony
2010 -- can't find, but IIRC it was Nintendo
2009 -- MS
2008 -- MS
