haha, the cd attachment was the one thing I never bought for it. Once the playstation was released, I never really touched my Jaguar again. The CD attachment for it made the Jaguar look like a toilet..complete with lifting lid!

Yeah, it looked like a toilet and the games were mostly turds... fitting.

Jaguar > 3DO worldwide..

My roomie in college had 3DO and we use to play Panzer General on that thing all the time. I think we played football as well though I don't remember if it was Madden or something else.

Meh...I had a PC around the time and used to play Doom, Strike Commander, duke nukem 3d, the first need for speed which was incredible, etc.

Oh yeah.. had it too.. AVP was ahead of its time (for console FPS)..

I still have the system, games and gulp.. CD attachment in a closet stored away..

Still have mine hooked up Tempest 2000 is still one of the best games of all time (the CD does make it look like a toilet though I agree..bought that at EB (before they became Gamestop)) some kid was trading in his Jaguar/Games/CD etc and they were giving him $25 in trade in value for the whole lot. I paid him $35 cash, sold the Jag on Ebay for $50 and kept the CD attachment and the 5-10 games he had

I agree, AVP on Jaguar was an amazing FPS. I no longer have my Jaguar but I still have my Panasonic 3DO and still plug it in from time to time. 3DO has some of the best party games such as Twisted.

Sounds like it blew the PS3 out of the water if what he says is true. Probably by 2-300,000 units

Was that not with the slim? Without something like a console redesign, or a killer app launch, you're not going to get it near a half-million in a month unless it's the holidays, or your console says nintendo on it.

So USA is no longer part of the world? Ohhhhh only the places where PS3 is outselling the 360 count. Got it now. Not sure why you are threatened by that chart though.

Pretty sure that "worldwide" sales is made up of the sales from different regions. Showing the sales of one region that is part of the sum of worldwide sales is in scope for the discussion, or as pointed out, doesn't fit your agenda of only talking European or Japanese sales here. ( places where you preferred system is ahead).
