I know it's the cool thing to do to hate Dane Cook right now, but I saw MBFG yesterday and loved it. It's very, very vulgar and very, very funny. This is his best movie to date, which admittedly, isn't saying much. If you like his stand up, you'll like this a lot. Alec Baldwin is very funny in it too!

This has a 7% on RT, and since I hate Dane Cook and he steals jokes, i'll pass. Plus Kate Hudson isn't hott at all and acts about as good as a pron star. did I mention fool's gold was a piece of shit too, if I didn't, well now i did.

Dane Cook mostly makes crappy stuff (I did enjoy Employee of the Month, though, lay off me!), and I really don't care for his stand-up other than the atheist + Bible joke, so I'll probably skip this one. He really doesn't act in much that actually looks good.

I thought this movie was hilarious, and I didn't even know who starred before I went to see it. The soundtrack is good too.

I hate Dane's standup for many reasons (the least of which is he's about buildup rather than the punchline, and he has a history of stealing material) but this movie doesn't suck because of his standup (In fact, the sense of humor in this movie is nothing like Dane's own sense of humor. Dane's character is simply a watered down version of himself that attempts to be edgy and shocking for the 40-something women that drag their poor guys to see this movie). This movie sucks because it's a bland, generic romantic comedy that has no flair of its own, stars 3 horribly obnoxious people, and couldn't be more cliche-ridden if you lined it up in front of a firing squad loaded with cliche bullets.

I'm more of a Daniel Tosh fan. Not a big follower of Cook, so far his movies haven't been that great, can I blame him for that, not really because he didn't write the crap scripts. I did think he was alright in Mr. Brooks, key word alright, not great, passable. Maybe one day I'll watch this film, keywords One day, not now,some other time, maybe never.
