The Mummy 3 : The Tomb of The Dragon Warrior
O.k., I just saw this movie so it is fresh in my mind.
A short, concise review : It sucked. O.k. I can do better than that. It kinda goes no where. You don't care about the characters at all. The inability to get Rachel back was a very bad idea. Incredibly predictable plot. Guess what will happen next, and guess what? It does! The CGI looked decent enough, I guess, but at no point whatsoever was I "wowed" by anything I saw. The parts of the movie that are meant to be funny usually just come off as kinda cheesy and dumb, like a poorly written birthday card. On a side note I should mention that every decent special effect and moment in this movie is totally given away during trailers I saw for it in recent weeks. My god, is it at all possible for movie studios to stop doing this?!? And on another note, I read that movie critic Roger Ebert gave this movie 3/4 stars and called it "The best in the series" Um....o.k., my respect for him as a critic, any that was left, is now totally gone. If I gave it a rating, 2/10.

I thought it way pretty good. And it's a special effects orgy so I'll definitely be picking it up on Blu.
I agree with Ebert's review for the most part. But I still think the first movie is the best of the three. I would probably love Emperor more if it weren't for the fact that Mario Bello really didn't impress me. I don't know... maybe I just miss Rachel Weisz.

I want to see this. I didn't care for the second Mummy movie only because I found the kid to be utterly annoying. I may have to wait and just see this on DVD or BD when it comes out this winter.
 Thanks for your opinion on the flick though.

Dragon Emperor wasn't as bad as I was expecting. I'm just happy Brendan Fraiser was there to keep the movie going.

It was cheesy, but so were the first 2. It was an entertaining popcorn flick. 7/10. This will be a great Blu-ray title

It was way better then the first 2 movies.
It was a lil rushed but it was great. Better than Iron Man, Batman, Wanted, everything this year.
