I think they should NOT blow up the Skyline this time. Seriously guys, give it the spotlight. Enough with Mitsubishi sponsorship!

I have to give the american muscle car their props, but that doesn't mean we can over look worthy imports like the Supra and Skyline.
Personally, I have a 1990 GSX doing high 12's on the 1/4 mile. Believe me this is as fast as I want to go, mainly due to reliability issues. The faster you go the more wear and tear on your vehicle. The day I broke a rear axle at the track was the end of my racing days - its too costly to keep up with the repairs.Currently Playing: HALO 4, Dead Island -

For Japanese cars, yes racing is too costly. I had a 1972 Nova which did 11.2's in the 1/4 mile and it cost me a whopping 8k to build in 1994, including the cost of purchasing the vehicle, paint and body work. It was my daily driver, it got about 8-10 miles per gallon, but gas was $1 a gallon back then. I had about 70,000 miles on the engine when I sold itand it still ran strong. I raced the car at least 4 times a month. That was with full interior and a $2,000 stereo system in the car. Damn I miss that car.
