I'm thinking tired. The dude in the background looks like he's holding a rifle so I'm not sure about it being Crane. I'm also thinking that might be the Batcave; the water kinda looks like the waterfall from begins. Makes me think we have a situation torn from Knightfall: Bane surprises an exhausted Bruce by waiting for him back home then proceeds to beat the shit out of him.

i just thought of something - in addition to the masquerade ball providing a partial explanation for why Selina Kyle wears a facial mask as Catwoman, the scene also in turn gives further insight into who the character Miranda Tate truly is. in the one, quick shot of Marion Cotillard in the first theatrical trailer, we see her remove her mask as she greets Bruce Wayne. i think that'll act as a metaphor for Tate actually being Talia. Nolan's one sly orchestrator.

So, I'm watching SH: A Game of Shadows and it got me thinking...
Robert Downey Jr. would make for an excellent Joker. Granted, it would have to be a story focused on an older Batman. Which, I would think Mr. Jon Hamm would make for an excellent Mr. Wayne...still iffy on the Batman part. -

Looks like someone got a deal on Tumblers. I saw three or four (different) of them in the trailer. Including two in one shot.
