Default Site causing Firefox to crash

Anyone else experiencing crashing issues with Firefox when accessing this site? It crashed 5 times when I tried to look at a thread on the buy/sell subforum, and 3 times when trying to submit this thread. Anyone? I'm using Firefox 3.0. I'll try rolling back to 2.0 and see if that works.

It's not this site. Firefox crashes all the time with me. Seems to be Flash ads that's the main offender. Hopefully Mozilla will correct this soon.

Have not had any crash with Firefox on any of my computers (Linux and Windows computers). Have version 3.0.1 on this one.

Firefox caused my laptop to go to the Blue Screen of Death so many times that I finally just un-installed it.

Version 3.0.1 has worked nearly flawlessly for me, not to mention it's snappier than its predecessor. <3 the fox

If you are running OS X, give Camino a try.

I haven't had any problems with the new FF, and that's all I've used to browse this site with the exception of a couple of quick glances in IE for testing.

I have always used Firefox since I found out about it (back at 1.0, probably since it's inception, I dont know) and it's never hurt me. But as of late, it's been crashing. Maybe it's not the site, but maybe it is. No crashes today, we'll see what happens.

Run Firefox without some of your add-ons. I had a bunch of them with Firefox 2. When 3 came along, I found the browser crashing ALL the time. I removed a download assister (downloadthemall I think), and a script blocker, presto, no more crashes.

i haven't had anyproblems with this site, but it seems whenever it runs an application inside the browser it crashes.

ex running Acrobat Reader to view PDFs it always crashes, it crashes on any site with flash like youtube

it crashes when showing embedded quicktime movies

but it doesnt crash when lauching apps outside of the browser like WMP

Firefox 3 SUCKS, for me at least i have uninstalled and reinstalled several times same thing all the time im going to go back to Firefox 2 soon
