Is it allowed to request a review of a certain title

If so can I request one of the reviewers for HDD to review Africa The Serengeti

I asked about requesting a review a long time ago, and wasn't told if request are okay or not. Though I was told the title wasn't a priority, But they would try to get to it one day

Sorry we didn't get back to you the first time! We get a lot of mail, a lot of spam, and have a ton of posts to dig through so we inadvertently overlook things from time to time.

You're always welcome to request a review -- just keep in mind that we prioritize more mainstream titles and relegate some releases to rainy day reviews. It's always good to know what people are looking to see reviewed.

As a last resort, even though there may not be an official review, post a thread -- some of us (or other trusted readers) may have already seen the title and will be able to let you know how it stacks up. Thanks as always for posting!
