I had the same problem.

It's caused by this javascript code in the page footer:
Code:
<!-- Site Meter -->
<script type="text/javascript" src="http://s24.sitemeter.com/js/counter.js?site=s24highdefdigest">
</script>
.
There seems to be some problem in that script downloaded from sitemeter.com. I've opened the script and embedded it directly into a saved copy one of highdefdigests pages. The result is a javascript error both in IE7 and Firefox.
(Unclosed string litereal in the last line of the script. Weird error though, as it IS closed. Must be earlier in the script.)

When the script is not embedded but gets downloaded from sitemeter.com Firefox seems to ignore the error while IE overracts and tells you it can't open the page instead of just reporting the javascript error.

A quick workaround for IE is to add sitemeter.com to IEs restricted zone. That way IE ignores the faulty script.

Go through Tools->Internet Options->Security Tab
Click on "Restricted Sites" then on the "Sites" Button.
Add "*.sitemeter.com" (without the "").

After that the little sitemeter icon in the right corner of the page footer is gone.
And so is the error message...

Same problem here. I'm using Safari right now just to access the site.

I thought it was me. I had to download Firefox to get here. And it's not just the forums. I had issues getting to reviews yesterday as well.

EDIT: Mavs little fix works for those of you who prefer to use IE.

Thanks for reporting the problem!
FYI... Since we made changes to the header of the site, there is a possibility that this code has worked it's way back into some pages. Please let us know if this starts happening again.

The layout of ordered and unordered lists is pretty messed up at the moment:
  1. This
  2. is
  3. an
  4. ordered
  5. list
Line in between (should normally have whitespace both above and below)
  • This
  • one
  • is
  • unordered

The readability of the movie lists linked to in my signature has greatly suffered from this. I would appreciate it if this were fixed.

I'm getting a lot of load errors today. It will load and load and load then say "this page can not be displayed."

This is the only place it's doing it.
