Default When are you gonna drop HD DVD from the site?

I was wondering when HD DVD and its section will be dropped from the site?

There are only 2 releases scheduled for it in June. I suggest either June 1, or July 1 at the latest that the HD DVD section be deleted as well as its name in the website subname "Blu-ray & HD DVD News and reviews."

There has been no news on HD DVD since April 9, and after June 24 there can't possibly be any reviews. Time to bid the losing format a hearty farewell.

The raiders were led by SF legends Col. "Bull" Simons and Maj. Richard Meadows.
Both men are memorialized with statues at Ft. Bragg, N.C.

What, are you planning to form a gang and go house to house with sledgehammers destroying peoples remaining HD DVD discs and players? Is it really that painful to see the moniker HD DVD?

Sore winners...

what if every resource took HD DVD off their sites.
There never be record of a second HD format.
You wouldnt want that to happen would you>?

Besides,, This site is pretty small in forum size as it is until DD gets bigger. So they might start slipping behind in hits and not be the first name on google if say, DVDTalk forums, start HD coverage and their members follow.

I agree, there are a lot of good threads in there. How much I miss the format.

I beleive there's already a site with no news, no forums, no record that HD DVD ever existed. It's called blu-ray.com. This site is called High-Def Digest, and the last time I checked my HD DVDs were still in high-def.

Isn't it amazing that some of these people just can't STANNNND to see the name "HD-DVD"? I just don't understand it!

And I am now (reasonably) happily Purple!
And glad this site still acknowledges what is valuable.

Hey Nighthawk... You're a moron. Do you honestly think the site staff is going to delete hundreds of reviews and hundreds of articles from the site simply because the format war is over?

That content will drive traffic for many, many years to come.

nighthawk you are a clown. hd dvd should remain. it is high def digest and people to come here talk about hd dvd, talk about bargins, problems, trade forum. plus there are all the movies that have been reviewed for reference. the forum has already shifted to blu ray, but nothing wrong with keeping hd dvd in the record books

When will NightHawk be dropped from the site?
It would make about as much sense as dropping HD DVD from the site.
I wouldn't expect NightHawk to be dropped for his/her comment, so why would I expect HD DVD to be dropped?
