No problemo..:-)
here's what's been fixed so far:
- New users cannot post links until they have more than 15 posts (this number can be changed if needed).
- New navigation breadcrumbs at the bottom of each thread have been added. -

Hello,
With the latest update to the forums that was done on Aug.19th I have discovered a problem with the search feature. This is specifically in the Blu-ray Disc Exchange forum. When I search for the word "league" ( I'm actually searching for She's Out of My League ) and I select "show post only" the results I get are for everything that is on the forums. Five pages total. In the past, I only got results in that particular thread. Can this be fixed ? PLEASE.
Thank you in advance -

this may be a bug.
It used to be when you chose to change your avatar on HDD with an image address from an amazon bd image from an order link that it would fill up the square perfectly when you changed your avatar.
but I tried two such artwork icons today and they have big white borders around them now, and don't look good at all.
so I went back to my "regular" avatar.
I really like using these type of artwork links for my avatar every now and then, so maybe this could be looked into when someone gets a chance.
very minor issue, but something seems messed up for sure.
thanks. -

Steph, at home on internet explorer 6 and Mozilla Firefox and at work with internet explorer 8. this happens on all three. Now if I go to the "advanced" selection in the search, and then fill in the areas I need in the advanced, it will work. But I don't think it's intended to have to go that far just to search for a title. And definatley not like it used to be.
Just my 2 cents worth, personally for me, and I'm sure many others too, but I liked to other look of the previous setup much better. I'm sure the admins have spent alot of time desigining the new look, but the previous was easier to read, view, etc. Like I said, just my two cents worth. And I'll still be here many times each day.
Thanks again. -

Any chance that a fix for the "code" tag could slip into the next revision?
I have a description of the problem and a suggested CSS workaround in this post:
OFFICIAL vBulletin 4 Feedback - BUGS ONLY
Another possible CSS workaround is to simply remove the "word-wrap: break-word;" line from the .postcontent class. -

The displayed text in the preview pane in the code fields still is not WYSIWYG once the post is finalized as the text font and size and spacing in the preview text message post pane is not the same as is found on the displayed posts.

hey steph--any chance the thread font size will be looked at soon?
and the font size inside the box as you compose a post--it is still tiny compared to what it looks like after posting.
would really be great to get those two things fixed.
thanks so much. -

update: looks like the font issue when posting has been partially fixed.
the print in not tiny while you are posting anymore, BUT is still tiny when you are editing a post.
so perhaps the tech just overlooked checking that aspect out when he worked on the overall issue.
things are getting better, so thanks for that.
