The iPod itself has no cracks or broken parts, and no cosmetic damage aside from micro-scratches that any iPod will get the moment you touch it.

- white leather-ish iPod protective wrap (came in the box with the iPod)

The only thing missing is the cable to connect to the computer (either directly into the iPod or into the included iPod dock). I've looked high and low but can't for the life of me find it - but hopefully that is not a big deal as any cable from 2nd or 3rd generation through the current models is compatible, so anyone with any other iPod should be set. You can also get a brand new cable of varying length for something like $2 from monoprice.com.

I'm having trouble finding what these sell for now since eBay is mostly broken ones - though those as-is broken ones without any accessories go for $50-60. There are some refurbs in working condition and no accessories that sold for $160. Somewhere in the middle would be good - I'd be amenable to $95 shipped.

As an added bonus, I have Night of the Living Dead (Region B) Blu-ray available for an extra $10.

As stated above, this unit plays both HD DVDs and Blu-ray. The player can also be made region free for Blu-ray with a Remote Control Hack (enter a few numbers in, reboot the player and its a different region). It is also DVD Region free with the same type of Remote Control Hack. It's also HD DVD Region Free out of the box.

The player is BD-Live (Profile 2.0) compliant. This is the ONLY DUAL FORMAT player ever made that is full spec on both HD DVD and Blu-ray.

The unit itself works fine. It was in use at my in-laws house for 9 months before they decided they wanted a player that did more things. The top of the unit does have many small scratches/marks because its a piano finish-like design and if you look at it it somehow gets a mark on it.

I am selling my set of Klipsch Heresy III speakers. I have 3 that I use for my Left, Center, & Right front mains in my Home Theater. They are Black. I purchased these new and have owned them a little more than a year. I have the original boxes. I always keep stuff like that. :) Being relatively new, naturally the drivers are all in excellent working condition & cosmetically, the speakers are in Mint condition.

The Heresy III's are a part of the Legendary Klipsch Heritage line of speakers which includes the famous Klipschorns. The heritage lineup are still handmade in Hope, Arkansas. Kind of cool.

I've had many different sets of speakers throughout the years and the Heresy's are near the top and the best at some things. In terms of clear dialogue and large soundstage for music and for home theater, these are my favorite. They have a way of sounding robust, large, and yet very detailed. They are easy to listen to and eventhough they look very cool on their tilted pedestal, they have a way of disappearing in a room. The sound makes you just get lost in what's going onscreen.

The high efficiency of Klipsch speakers makes it easy to pair just about any audio video reciever with. They simply don't require a lot of power.
