Default Got Me A BD-UP5000... Again

Yup, that's right. I got the 20% off coupon at best buy and decided to utilize the opportunity to get anothe one. I couldn't live without a good machine to play both my HD-DVD's and Blu-Ray discs so I thought eh, fuck it. So I got it plus the warranty and tax for 772.00. Not bad, right? Cuz the warranty cost 79.99. ::Sighs:: The last machine I had I gave back for the wrong reasons and I regret doing it cuz it gave me NO problems, except with those stupid star trek TOS season 1 HD-DVD combo discs. I thought it'd start doing a bunch of things in a domino effect kinda manner. I didn't even know about the firmware update and maybe that would've solved some problems with those stupid discs but I was too paranoid worrying about that. It was really a great machine that didn't give me any problems with the discs some of you were complaining about and the Fox discs and transformers. Guess I have to test those again later on. But I'm gonna load the firmware first right out of the box. I already put it on a disc via iso burned image. So I'll see how that is. Gosh that last machine I had was so good. Hope this one doesn't fail me. It's got some big shoes to fill........... Wish me luck!

"Got Me Another BD-UP5000... Again" means you've purchased THREE 5000s. Is your statement correct or is yesterday's (?) purchase your 2nd 5000?

From the rewards zone program. If you're a member of the rewards zone program, usually you're given coupons often in the mail. I was really intent on not getting one for awhile but I felt this coupon was the only time I could get another one that wouldn't total out to like 1000 dollars. Thought I got a good deal actually. Wont have to take too long to make it up on the credit card bill, ya know?

Me too, I figured at 20% off it can't hurt to give it a try.

I am but never got anything for January....except online. Which was only for 12% off. And was good from the first till the 21st of Jan.

If I got it...this would be mine regardless what the woman says.
