I think some people were confusing the resolution on those Ultra HD sets in the OP with 4K.

I thought 4K was the term used to describe the approximate number of horizontal lines of resolution. Therefore, a 4K LCD would have to have a Resolution of somewhere around 7000x4000 and the ones int he OP are more like 2K sets (if that is the correct way to describe it).

4K = 4000 x 2000

Super High Vision (Ultra HD) = 7680 × 4320
