You should probably go to the Vizio site and put in a support post. They answer pretty quickly. Its your best bet for getting it fixed. Unless you already got it fixed and didn't come back here to update your post.

I would personally steer clear of vizio from past experience with their plasma TV, returned twice in two years due to a faulty motherboard and a faulty screen. I saw the LED backlit LCD at Costco today and I will just say I need to see it hooked up in an environment where I know how it is getting hooked up etc. because it looked no different in quality from my 2 year old 42" Regza, and was $200 more than my TV was. The picture was a fairly grainy 720P looking at best. Though at least the price per inch is down compared to what I paid.

Yeah well now the TV is not even impressive. You can get one from Sony or Samsung in the same price range w/ same specs now.

they definitely hurt themselves by not releasing it earlier. What was a new, standout feature is now somewhat normal

I am still waiting: Sony/Samsung 55" LCD/LED 240Hz, for $1799. That is the cheapest I can find the Vizio for.

My parents got the 55" for christmas. Still waiting on it through Dell. Got a nice $400 discount through Bing. Should do them well. These things are in a serious demand right now.
