they didn't do one for the other show this year so I wouldn't think they'll do one for ces.
I don't know why they abandoned these, but I wouldn't get my hopes up. -

There's going to be big expectations for Warner's 2009 announcements after last year... hopefully the HD DVD promotional group doesn't cancel their presentation this year too.
Seriously though, without the war I don't know how exciting CES 2009 will be for Blu-Ray alone. At least relatively speaking. The most interesting thing will be to see the numbers/stats put out. Of course, maybe something exciting and unexpected will happen but after last year - this year will probably seem quite uneventful...HD Movie's: 400ish -

cant wait to see what CES 2009 has in store for us. I've always enjoyed all their products every year.
