Anyone that would currently have the game would either be from Europe, or imported it from Europe. The North American retail date for Civ: Rev in is July 8th, this coming Tuesday. However, the Europeans got it in June. Don't ask me how that happened, but I'm sure Europeans ain't complaining about it.
