why would you want to splitscreen LAN?

My buddy and I have done LAN hookup through a Dlink switch many a time, almost weekly for the last year or so.
Decent games for the 2 player business would be FarCry2, COD4, COD WAW, Bond QoS.

Youll have to make a new PSN account under a different user on ur PS3. When you create the PSN account, just select UK as the country, you might also have to look up an address to use on the net

This is what I wanted to know. I am going to be getting a Slim soon and I was wondering if I could just use a different username on the new one. I have 'Saints Row 2' and 'Army of Two' and I want to play these games with my son online. Maybe 'Resident Evil 5'. Thanks for answering my question for me.

You are going to love Army of Two. The language is a bit rough though. i can't wait until the sequel comes out next year.

You want splitscreen LAN if you have more than two people.

For example, sometimes I have friends over and we play Call of Duty 4 using splitscreen for 4 people on one HDTV. It kinda sucks playing 4 player splitscreen on one TV. It'd be much better if we could have two people playing on one TV and then the other two people playing on another TV. Unfortunately Call of Duty 4 does not support splitscreen LAN.

This one tricked me at first also.

First connect via usb cable and your psp should pop you to the USB connection option in the UMD. Hit ok.

You must install the PS1 game on your PS3 before you can copy it to your PSP.
This is what fooled me for awhile. Hit triangle and copy over the installed game and it should kick in and start going to your psp.

Hope that works for you.

Can I make a UK account from the USA?
I'd like to if I could access things like BBCi. Or would they block by IP location like the BBC website does?
