Nice! I think I'd rather have Lawrence of Arabia, but I'll take this too!

Agreed. Would rather have Lawrence of Arabia as well. And since Sony has control of that one, it is possible we could get both this year

Default Favorite movie of all time!!

Can't wait to get this! My DVD (currently selling for over $60 on ebay btw!!) may get sold off in the meantime to help procure the funds for a release day purchase.

As a side note, this was the very first "PG" movie I ever attended! My dad took my oldest sister and I to this when I was still just a lad.

$60?! In the UK it's really cheap, I got mine in Tescos (2 disc - one is a flipper) for £4 awhile back. If you need a copy on DVD import from the UK.

It's really great this is coming out, just wish it was Lawrence though.

    Great news!

I have to be honest, seemed like we were lacking good title announcements the past few months, now i've a sense that they are going to pick up.

    Day 1!

Digibook is cool, but would have enjoyed another collector's set after getting a few of those big, pretty boxes for Christmas!!

    This is excellent news.

No-brainer for me, this will be a day one purchase. No matter how the transfer turns out, I'm grabbing this one regardless. Classic movie.
