Default 'Ice Age: Dawn of the Dinosaurs' - High-Def Digest Review

Aaron has reviewed 'Ice Age: Dawn of the Dinosaurs.' He says this is fun for kids and mildly amusing for adults. This Blu-ray is the most colorful of the series, with excellent video, slightly underwhelming audio, and a nice helping of extras. This is worth a look.

I agree that the surround information is weak on this track, but overall I think 3/5 is harsh considering the rest of the track which is very good.

Just watched my copy tonight. The audio wasn't Pixar standards but it did have some good LFE and surrounds when needed. I will agree though that it was mainly focused on the front speakers for sound. 4/5 would of been my score, video 5/5 and the movie i was disappointed in. Some good moments but it felt slow for a good portion of the run.

I loved the film and especially Simon Peggs character who had all the best lines in the film... Made me laugh my arse off!

Wow! At least they did it right picture wise.
And the audio is not too shabby, I guess.

* Worth a rental for me anyway, just to see those gorgeous colorful scenes.
Animation always look great on a high res. display.
