Awesome movie, but probably one I will not be picking up on Day 1. It is definitely something I'll look forward to in the future though, unless someone gets it for me for Xmas.

I was wondering when a release date was going to be announced. I noticed Amazon UK had Dec 7 listed.

Yeah, I'm gonna have to see that $27.99 price drop several bucks before picking it up. And hopefully with this release date finally set Disney/Miramax will get off their duffs and announce Pulp Fiction and Jackie Brown.

Seems like for once the steelbook is not exclusive to one UK shop or another which is a good thing. Usually it seems they are play.com or HMV exclusives but all three are selling this puppy. Yes I have my pre order in at Amazon. BTW The Hangover is also getting the Steelbook treatment in Germany.
