Default 'Rollerball' - High-Def Digest Review

That's right.

ROLLERBALL!

Nate has reviewed 'Rollerball.' He says the movie, video, audio, and extras are all trash. For some reason he will buy every edition of this film, no matter what, no questions, but you, you dear readers can skip it!

He's got some funny one-liners in here, so don't skip the review.

Obviously, you didn't understand this movie, Nate.

The so called "poor editing" was meant to illustrate the fact that in a futuristic corporate world, everything goes by so fast and is so hard to understand, that we're blind to their oppression.

The "bad acting" of Chris Kline was actually trying to show how they try and make celebrities out of sports stars, but it doesn't work. It was a brilliant choice by the filmmakers.

This movie is truly a masterpiece of modern cinema, and deserves a 5/5.

Futhermore, the transfer is intentionally flat because the world they are portraying is so dark and grimy. They actually went in and added the murkiness that you detest so much to make the movie a richer experience.

I'm going to start skipping Nate's review. Lately most of the movies he has reviewed have been horrible. I'm not going to waste my time watching the movie or reading their reviews.

Okay, seriously, good review, Nate. You pretty much sum up my opinion of the movie.

Nate, Scott Caan wasn't in the original, that was his father, James Caan.

As for the film itself, this just goes to show you that no matter where you stick Chris Klein, he'll be playing by his own rules. He'll break down the doors of convention and go the other way with it. Fourth wall, you're next.

Easily one of the worst movies I've ever seen. Not the worst, but close. I think that Dude, Where's My Car? is better than this.

Chris Klein is bad but Freddie Prinze Jr is worse.

I wanted to kill myself while watching the movie. I don't know but wasn't there one scene in here where everything was shot in a night vision camcorder?
