Day 1 for me. Lots of fun, but those extras, minus the commentary, are very lackluster. Dashes any hope that they would include cheesy live action PSA's.

I may give this one a shot. I have heard the movie is a lot of fun to watch...as long as you dont get into the movie expecting anything deeper than that.

Paramount is getting on the DTS-MA bandwagon now huh? Saw the movie in theater, I enjoyed it until the last 30 mins, didn't care for that last battle, some how it reminded me of Star Wars.

Havent we had enough of these though? When does the "fun" of these films start to wear off and you're left with lousy acting, no plot, and every pre-canned cliche in the book? Just asking. I mean... if just one of these films actually tried to tell a competent story with a tight plot they would really have something to go with all that "eye and ear candy". Oh well.
I might rent it if my Nutflix queue gets light. Thats it though.Pioneer KURO 50"

To be fair, for decades now there's always been films like this. And in my humble opinion, there will always be room for films like this. A couple times a year, people like to see a film where their brain can take a few hours off while they get their senses tickled into a frenzy. Nothing wrong with that.
What scares me, however, is more and more of these brainless type of films are seeing amazing numbers @ the box office. I just don't want to see the 'summer season' turn into a few months of pure brainless entertainment. As I said, a couple big brainless hits a year are fine, but these braindead films are making more and more money then ever before, which leads me to believe that studios might keep leaning more and more on these types of films. Let's hope not.Blu-ray Discs Owned: 237

$30 is far too high for a piece of crap like this. It shouldn't be more than $10, and that is still asking too much. This movie sucked balls and nobody on here should waste their time with this filth. Just buy a second copy of Revenge of the Fallen or something else that is good if you have the money to spare.
