ummm...isn't that going way overboard? they're not douchebags, by any means, if there was a one week delay, keyword if. 1- i haven't seen any info pushing the date back, but that doesn't mean it didn't happen. if it still comes out, it's not end of the world. what's 7 days if that is true? in a year, it won't matter that you had it for 358 days rather than 365. 2- this wasn't on the WB screener/affiliate mail, meaning not even sites are getting it for review. my amazon affiliate doesn't show any shipments for it yet, either, despite orders on it, so it may be delayed slightly, even if it was for this street date, on getting it out there. either way. 3- it's not a title i'd expect at most stores. best buy maybe, but not target or walmart.

I am looking forward to the Ultimate Edition myself. I bought the sd dvd for my son..and to tidy me over until the UE came out. Dont know how hard it was for me not to get the blu version of this flick on a number of occasions. My patience will be rewarded Nov. 10th. Cant wait!!

Amazon says that "This item will be released on November 10, 2009".

Best Buy says "Backordered" and does not list any stores in all of Utah as having this title in stock.

Sure looks like it was delayed to me.

i love my DC but the ultimate edition's cover art is horrendous...if that was in the comics then that sucks that WB had to pick that and couldn't just go with the ol' reliable smiley face.

Delayed till next week. Warner must be having distribution problems again (Logans Run was delayed a week as well).

SO must be Star Wars Clone Wars Season 1 BD edition, as that is nowhere to be found either.

Is Warner unable to use the smiley face with the blood stain or what? Is it property of "The Smiley Face Counsil" , or owned by Alan Moore or something? What's the deal?

I bet that alone would sell a few more units on people who might have heard something about it but never got to watch it.

I mean, a cover for the Watchmen movie Ultimate Edition shouldn't be that hard: just an exact copy of the first issue's cover. Am I alone in this?

Gene Simmons owns the smiley face.

I was originally hoping that the inevitable compilation of the motion comic, black freighter, under the hood, film w/freighter, etc, would be presented in a circular smiley-face tin. I guess that's not to be, at least not until next spring....

Kain, please use existing threads, rather than creating new threads for every thought. Same as last week.

According to Amazon it is in stock and shipping now. Best Buy also appears to be shipping now, but does not show any titles available in store.

Your best bet may be to grab it at Amazon as it is $34.99 there too.

Wal*mart has it. It was on the shelf there. not sure on the price as it wasn't labeled yet.

I think he was referring to STAR WARS: THE CLONE WARS on that one, not WATCHMEN...
