Just for the record, even though this movie has very little dialogue, it still trumps 80% of the current movies, martial arts or not, in American Cinema today! An absolute classic!

My local Walmart has a big box of $8 blu rays so I bought Hero and Brothers the other day and watched Hero last night. I thought this was the Disney/Miramax version but it's actually the Lionsgate rerelease (everything about the packaging is nearly identical to the Disney release).
I have to say I thought the picture looked really good and the softness I assume to be a stylistic choice from the director/DP. It still sucks the native language track is Dolby Digital, still, all in all, the audio was pretty bangin. For eight bucks it's not really a big deal.I don't care what the white mon say, Santa Clause was a black mon.
