Time to discontinue the old version and put a more expensive one on the shelf. Awesome idea. Forget about all the other titles in Disney's vault for a re-release. Wonderful.

Relax. It includes two Mattel Disney Pixar CARS. Exclusive
issue for those that collect that crap. Designed for a Holiday stocking stuffer. For pre-schoolers I would think. This is nothing new except to attract Holiday Shoppers. I'd expect a lot of gift packs. Especially stores like Target for a wide variety of merchandise. |

It sure did.
Is annoying how they release this before releasing all the Pixar films... ![]() |

The weakest Pixar film (I think we all agree on this) getting the most extravagant boxed set, without a mention of The Incredibles, Finding Nemo, Toy Story on BD. Although the TS BD might coincide with Toy Story 3 next summer.
That's just great of Disney |

Someone at Pixar/Disney really really likes Cars. It is among the least popular of the Pixar movies critically and financially yet it gets a BD double dip and surprisingly, a theatrical sequel in a couple years. Meanwhile, the most successful of all the Pixar movies, Finding Nemo, is MIA.

Yah, i agree that they certainly take there sweet time with putting the titles out that we all want. But I think we can all agree that when they do put out new releases, they do things right. I think i've only ever been disappointed in ONE disney blu transfer, and that was race to witch mountain. I'm still not sure what happened with that one...I honestly thought I accidentally changed a brightness or gamma setting or color space setting or SOMETHING...
