Just saw on another forum (and on the Best Buy website) that both Shaun of the Dead & Hot Fuzz will be available starting Tuesday August 25 exclusively at Best Buy. Both are priced at $19.99

Go for them, both are quality HD DVD releases so I expect no less from the Blu-rays especially Hot Fuzz with its 5 star picture and 4 1/2 star sound (and thats just with Dolby Digital+).

If I didn't have these on HD DVD, I'd take the day off and spend the day at home watching these. I may call out sick and just watch the HD DVDs that day anyways.

Wha? Amazon still has Sept 22nd as the release date. BB gets these BEFORE amazon?

These were already pressed quite some time ago. Might as well sell them early and get some $ by having an exclusive window.

I'm all about Hot Fuzz, I loved that movie. I'll pass on Shaun of the Dead though. I liked it, but not enough to buy it.

I freakin' LOVE these movies. They definitely get a lot of HD-DVD replay value.

I just ordered SHAUN online. Est arrival to me is before next Friday, the 28th. It looks to be legit and not a incorrect date posting. This week I could only afford one of them, HOT FUZZ will have to wait a week.
