'Dragonball: Evolution: Z Edition' - High-Def Digest Review
Nate has reviewed ''Dragonball: Evolution: Z Edition.' Sounds like Thanksgiving came early this year, and boy did it bring a fat turkey with it! Please stick a fork in this one. This Blu-ray fares a bit better, with respectable but flawed video, slightly better sound, and extras that further illuminate what went into making this mess. This is one to avoid.

I was surprised that they treated the franchise like this. I was under the impression it had a bigger fanbase. I always thought it was crap so I'm glad it bombed.

I watched DBZ as a kid. Saw every episode that came out. But this movie looks like a pos. I wanted to see this when it first started previewing for the theater but the more i watched the previews the less i wanted to see it. As a former fan of the series I can say I'll pass on watching this.

Wow, what a brutal review! I can't say I was ever a dragon ball fan, and I can now definetly say I won't be ever giving the series a chance with this film.

Anything beyond the original pen-and-paper comic is utter tosh, so this is not exactly a big surprise.

if you guys thought this review was brutal, then i'd hate to think what you guys would have thought about the "extended cut," as i went after this film like it killed my family. it didn't, but it did kill a small part of me, inside.

I never understood why Justin Chatwin chose this after several decent roles. Money? Recognition? If anything, it will push his career to STV.
