Yeah, the Warner site had a bunch of release dates listed I think, when the Warner Rewards Program went live.

lee09, your ban here is permanent, please give it up.

although, to be fair, at least this time the info is correct, according to the warner bros b5g1 program.

    ON TOPIC!!

As for the remark of Theatrical or Director's... I know there will be DVD releases of both, the Blu may only be the Special Edition (so most likely Director's)... I have some insider info on this, so I'll let you guys know shortly when confirmed.

Seems logical. Two versions on DVD, and then one on Blu. Typical now a days isn't it?

    I with ya there. LOL

I can't imagine that seamless branching won't be utilized to present both cuts on the same disc. Warner did it with I AM LEGEND, I can't see why WATCHMEN should'nt get the same treatment.

Wouldn't it be nice if they included both versions on the Blu? I expect too much I guess.

I think they're doing Theatrical, then Director's Cut later in the year, then Super DC with Black Freighter added in in 2010.

Either let us choose between Theatrical and DC editions or have both in one set. Watchmen is good, but I can't really see why anyone would want Watchmen to be any longer except so they can see every single little panel of the comics portrayed on the screen...
