Default 'Striking Distance' - High-Def Digest Review

Drew has reviewed 'Striking Distance,' a film from Bruce's Willis' early-90s slump. This movie is bad. This Blu-ray isn't much better. The extras? They skipped out on the fun. You should too.

The reviewer does a great job of reviewing this movie, I think. Unfortunately, I don't think, they, really, want us to, pause, at every comma used, here.

Also, "This is the best the movie has looked," is now tired and meaningless. I liked the image quality discussion above this statement in the review. Why return to this tired comparative especially if you don't know for certain (i.e. can directly compare it, say, to the SD DVD).

I'll compare against the DVD then. Yes, this is a nice SOLID step up from the DVD. Like "The Kickboxer" this wasn't the highest budget film around and has some issues, BUT, if you want to own this baby then don't worry about having a minuscule upgrade from the DVD, it's definitely a big jump.

This isn't a great movie, but I do like it. Not too sure if I want to upgrade from my DVD now....

all I have to say is that I will not purchase this movie because Sarah Jessica Parker is a totally unappealing woman.

Actually, she looks pretty decent in this movie, but after that she went downhill fast.

I actually liked this movie, it's decent.

Terrible film. Who is picking Sony's catalogue titles at the moment? Anaconda and this Ahead of Christine, Man for All Seasons etc? bizarre.

Some decent stuff in coming months - Go, Blue Thunder, Easy Rider, thank goodness!
