Default 'Santa Buddies' -- pre-release thread

More direct-to-video pups are headed to Blu-ray:

http://bluray.highdefdigest.com/santabuddies.html

The latest in the 'Buddies' series ('Air Bud,' 'Space Buddies,' etc.), Disney has announced quite early, with a November 24 street date.

There's no specs yet...

MSRP $39.95.

Dinosaur Buddies, they accidentally travel back to the pre-historic days and have to help save a t-rex cub. And Summer Buddies, they get lost at the beach and find a homeless pup that needs their help.

Disney will keep making them until sales drop, so I expect more sequels.

Hey, if they keep making money off of them it wouldn't hurt to make more sequels.
For me though, Air Bud's a classic and I'm still waiting for it to get the high def blu-ray treatment. Hopefully within the next few years it'll come out. Wouldn't mind seeing the second one on high def either really.

It's a shame a Blu-ray release didn't come with the special edition DVD release this past year or this year?

He's serious about them making sequels until they stop making money. But...that's it.

These do make good money though. I'm hoping for Cat Buddies...confused dogs dressing like cats going through an identity crisis. Oh the drama!
