Default 8 MIle' - High-Def Digest Review

Peter has reviewed '8 Mile.' He'd never seen it before, and says it has a good story and strong performances. This Blu-ray is solid, with strong video and audio. Supplements are pretty weak. Worth a look.

Default Been waiting for this one.

Thought this was a really great movie. Has very high replay value. I always find myself wanting to watch it again about every 6 months or so. Eminem was great it in, I totaly disagree with the review that he is "so 5 years ago." He's still a very stong and relevant figure in rap music.

One of my favorite All-Time (Rap) Artist. I love the Cast and Curtis Hanson (Director) did a great job.

I'm still scratching my head as to why they can't have his Oscar Winning Soundtrack video, "Lose Yourself." "Superman" is actually one of my least (short list) favorites.

I was really surprised at how much I enjoyed this movie, definitely worth at least a rental for anyone even remotely interested.

Eminem is my all time favorite musician. The guy is a musical genius. Eminem is still very relevant. His new cd has a lot of hype around it. A lot of people are counting on him to bring Hip-Hop back from the dead. I enjoyed the movie more than most just because my admiration of him, so I'll pick this up sooner or later.

Clear's holy grail ain't gonna be holy for much longer.

this is a solid disc, though the supplements, as the review states, are pretty darn weak.

I liked 8 mile for what it was. It's like going back and watching Tupac in Juice, sure it's a little dated, but still worth a watch. And I agree Lose Yourself is a great song.

+1.

%100 agreed, its very sad; really to see people say Eminem is their all time favorite musician.. when there are maybe 100's of most influential artists in the history..

Great movie tho, I think Hes much better off acting..

Got the movie already and enjoyed it as if it was the first time i was watching it..

My $0.02 , I hope it doesnt offend anybody...
