This is a funny movie, I'll give it that. But I don't think it's as good the second (or more) time around. The big reveals in the theater that had me in hysterics just couldn't be reproduced when I saw it again at home.

i hope they include the something "more" about mary version... just because i don't want them to even attempt a double dip... having said that... the theatrical version is better.
but yeah! love this movie... will likely get it as soon as the price is right.

One of my all time favorite comedies - it's a must buy!

Remember back when this was an LD exclusive because you couldn't get it on a DVD unless you wanted one of those DIVX disks from Circuit City.

It's still an excellent LD. Don't expect to "upgrade".

Good movie, but I have to say it's not as funny as it used to be. With the Apatow comedies and such coming out over the past few years, Mary seems a little dated. Not knocking the movie, it was hilarious the first or second viewing, but no so much for me anymore.
Also this is probably one of the last films I thought Cameron Diaz looked hot in, she's kind of odd looking now a days.
I will keep my LD copy until I can find it for cheap on BD.

This comes in one of those eco friendly cases. Whats really bad though is that they put that nasty square black security sticker right on top of the eco design flap. If that black sticker touches the back of the cover art you are screwed if you ever need to swap cases.

Was the case covered in some kind of sticky stuff?

So I am guessing since the case is been talked about the disc itself is no stunner? Lol.
