AVOID: "Living Temples" - Revenge of the old baraka Eco-Scratcher Blu-ray Case!!
Heads up for people, the movie "Living Temples" put out by Third Planet Productions uses the garbage eco case that baraka used to use. Might want to avoid the release until it is available in a standard Blu-ray case, as these eco cases are flimsy and can damage the disc. No way to get it out without scratching it or getting fingerprints all over it.

I don't mind Baraka case. it never scratched my disc. I kinda like since it looks different, but is of similar size and shape as of regular case to fit nicely on my shelf.

My "Living Temples" disc had two big scratches near the edge brand new out of the package. I was able to buff them into smaller scratches using a microfiber cloth. Unacceptable for a $20+ product.
Several people also had disc warping issues with Baraka using the same crappy case. -

But BDs cannot scratch with the special coating, or so I thought

Ah, so after paying a premium price for a Blu-ray Disc, you have to buy your own case for it and print out a label too, to avoid scratching?
Bigtime myth. While many noticable scratches are avoided or can be buffed out with the special coating, if you look closely you can see tiny scratches are still made on the disc when doing so. It is definitely more scratch resistant than DVD, but it does still scratch.

I must be the only person on Earth who had no problem with the 'Baraka' case. It was tough to close it properly until it stretched out a little on the shelf, but it was never an incredibly tight squeeze for the disc and hasn't done a thing to it. What do you guys do, whack the thing back into the case with a hammer to make sure it's in all the way? (I kid, I kid.)

My Baraka disc was bad(wouldn't play), but after I cleaned it off it played and froze only in one place, and I just skipped past that chapter. I wonder if anyone has complained to the studio who makes those disc's.
