I really don't think Damon will get on board unless they get a big named director. Damon already had reservations due to his age about playing Bourne again.

Much as I love Bourne, if Greengrass and Damon are not on board, I don't know if they should pursue a fourth movie. But reboots have worked for Bond, so it is possible.

Damon already said, "No."

I survived the ApocalyPS3 because of FBI Agent Francis York Morgan. Just call him, York, everyone else does. Also, because of his Whistle Theme.

I feel the final Bourne film ended the story for Bourne -- it was all wrapped up perfectly. I can see why Greengrass and Damon said no.

From what I understand they were both on board for the fourth, but the first script was bad and Greengrass was pissed because Universal hired another writer without consulting with him.

Both are busy too, and Damon really had questions about playing Bourne again at his age.

Universal owns the rights to make the movies for the character and I would not be surprised to see a reboot down the road as the franchise has made big money for Universal and the studio has struggled in recent years.

"Ticker" is the sound effect in the dateline / location captions, like MOSCOW, as the letters appear individually and there is a "tappity-tap" sound as the letters appear, like they are being typed.

Ah, I know what you're talking about. Thanks. Odd that the UK set wouldn't replicate that -- is there some production cost savings in having the player generate the subtitles?

With all the talks about the fourth Bourne film, has anyone seen the trailer of The Green Zone, Greengrass and Damon's new movie? It looks like it can be called The Bourne in the Middle East.
