Default 'Without a Paddle: Nature's Calling' - High-Def Digest Review

Peter has reviewed 'Without a Paddle: Nature's Calling.' He says this is an unfunny, forgettable sequel that nobody wanted to see. This Blu-ray comes with poor video and supplements, but surprisingly decent audio. Still, one to avoid.

The original was decent, but not worth a purchase IMHO.

This in the meantime does look rather stupid and yet all the issues Peter has with the film come across as him having them because they insult his political sensibilities.

Paramount needs to step up and release some of the many great catalog titles they possess. Ditto Warner. Both studios will waste time releasing direct to DVD crap before releasing what people really want.

I'm wondering if I should pick this one up.................... I mean if King Kong is a 1.5 according to Peter and this is a 1 does that translate into this being a 4 out of 5 for rational people?

It's apparently on the same level as reservoir dogs

But, this probably does ACTUALLY suck. I think in Peter's world, this would get something in the negatives.

There is no point to this movie when Seth Green is not part of it.

I don't think the original "Without A Paddle" is that bad. I wouldn't be surprised that this is dreck. Why couldn't they have released the original first or alongside this?
The "Bring It On" DTV stuff isn't that bad. It's not spectacular or truly noteworthy but it's not bad in the least.

hated this movie, but your right, it wasnt that bad (picture quality). Also, how does the HD extra's not get a star if there are actual hd extras? can someone explain the review system here? I have noticed that before, but finally decided to ask

Weren't those tree-dwelling hippies in the first one? This makes it more of a prequel technically.

i think high def extras infers high def EXCLUSIVE extras, like ones that are only available in the blu-ray (or when it was still alive, hd dvd), not just extras that are in high def.
