Default 'Lucky Number Slevin' - High-Def Digest Review

Ken's review of 'Lucky Number Slevin' is up. He says this is a witty little film. This Blu-ray bests the DVD with strong video, impressive audio, and some nice supplements. Worth a look.

This is a smart little movie, and so far the only redeeming moment in Hartnett's entire career.

I agree with this review so much. Even the Tarantinoesque tones and I caught myself watching this movie way more often than I could of imagined, high rewatchability is definite, but like Ken mentionned not for everyone, but worth at least a first viewing to make up your mind.

I have the UK import and it looks and sounds great. I really like this movie. I agree with the reviewer about casting, very well done. Liu is too cute in this movie as the girl next door.

i would have given this at least a 4.5 star for film itself, probably a 5, i think its that good, but thats just me. josh hartnett's performance is fantastic in this, too bad it's the only great performance of his career. i had this on hd dvd but sold it for more than i paid for it, so i'll be getting this soon, can't wait to watch it again.

I bought this as the UK import and I loved it. The story was great and Lucy Liu is always nice to see on screen. I've watched this movie probably 10 times. On a side note: one of my old college roomates named his dog Slevin because of this movie.

I have this on HD DVD, one of my favorites.

If you are on the fence, check it out, it will surprise you.

He was pretty good in Sin City and 30 Days of Night.

This is literally one of my favorite movies ever. I have to be honest here, I'm not so well versed in the importing side of things. Is the UK version region locked or will it work on my PS3?

I was pleasantly suprised by this movie. I saw and liked the short lived TV series Kidnapped by the same writer of Slevin so I watched Slevin. Can't wait to pick this up on Blu.
