jeez everyone. yeah its bad, but at least somethings coming out. its one more movie off the list. im happy about it. its a horrible horrible film, but man i spent many a teenage night with pizza n pepsi n mates watching this one. it'll be a fun trip down memory lane. sure i would much rather it be Jaws released on this day, but ill definitly take street fighter. its about time that i replace the old non anamorphic special edition.

yeah, universal put out the collector's edition back in the day, when the words "collector's" and "edition" bookended the title of the film in real small letters. it was an early dvd, that thankfully faded to oblivion.

Has nothing to do with Universal, but yeah, that movie kicks ass. It was one of the earliest animes I ever watched. They would have to put quite a remastering budget into it to release it on Blu-Ray though. I picked up the recent "Ultimate Extreme Edition" or whatever its called and it still looks like VHS quality. Nice 5.1 audio upgrade though, in either language.
