I have never been a fan of this movie, I actually feel its a bit overrated. Just my opinion

Thought I would hate this movie but actually really liked it. Was a TON funnier than the previews let on, though still not high comedic art - a solid effort.

Also, didn't know Favreau did Zathura - might check that out now as I pretty much like Jon's work.

This is one of those movies that loses its magic the farther away from the Holidays you watch it. Luckily its perfect timing so Ill proly bite

Reviewers better line up with the rabid LOSSLESS or it SUCKS crowd. This movie get a 3.5 for audio and has lossless. Get Smart gets a 3.0 for audio and doesn't have lossless.

Either it's a big deal, or it's a half-star. Which is it?

a lossless soundtrack can suck and a lossy soundtrack can be great

just because you use a certain codec doesn't automatically give it a certain amount of stars

I have it ordered. My daughters adore the movie. We watch it a couple times a week up to Christmas and then sometimes out of season. Worth every penny to me. Freddy

glad to hear the transfer turned out great. easily one of our favorite holiday comedies (up there with Christmas Story, Christmas Vacation, The Santa Clause, etc), and for $19.95 on Amazon this double dip was never in question.

Plan to buy this, christmas vacation, and the new 3d Polar Express this season. Might just spring for the holiday 4-pack for $70 which also includes "A Christmas Story". 4 movies for $69.99 is a pretty decent deal
